We want your first appointment to feel calm and unhurried. Here is exactly what to expect when you arrive.
We review your history and concerns together, no rush, no jargon. Bring any questions you have been holding onto.
A full diagnostic hearing evaluation, typically 45 to 60 minutes, with every result explained in plain language.
You leave with a personalized plan and honest guidance, whether that is hearing aids, monitoring, or simply reassurance.
Having these ready helps us make the most of your visit. Do not worry if you are missing something, we will help you sort it out.
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card so we can verify your benefits and keep your records accurate.
A current list of your medications, since some can affect hearing and balance.
Any prior hearing tests, audiograms, or referral notes, if you have them. Not required.
You are welcome to bring a spouse, family member, or friend. A second set of ears is always helpful.
