Do you offer at-home audiology visits?+
Yes. Concierge at-home audiology is available across New York City and Long Island when the requested service is appropriate for home-based care.
Can I receive follow-up care remotely?+
Selected follow-up and support services may be provided remotely when clinically appropriate and permitted by licensure. Some diagnostic and fitting services still require an in-person visit.
Can I transfer hearing aid care from another practice?+
Yes. Pinnacle welcomes transfer-of-care patients and can assess devices from major manufacturers, review programming, and explain repair or follow-up options.
