Most of our patients come to us the same way: someone they trust told them to. This is our way of saying thank you. When someone you refer purchases a pair of hearing aids and completes their 45-day trial, you choose one of two thank-yous below.

Twelve months of follow-up care included, cleanings, adjustments, reprogramming, and check-ins with your audiologist.

One thank-you per completed referral. Refer more than one person? Each completed referral earns its own.

  2. They complete their trial
    They purchase a pair of hearing aids and finish their 45-day trial, the same trial every Pinnacle patient gets.
  3. You choose your thank-you
    We reach out: $500 toward your own new pair, or a year of follow-up visits included. Your call.

Who qualifies as a referred patient?
The referred person must be new to Pinnacle Audiology, purchase a pair of hearing aids, and complete the full 45-day trial without returning the devices.
When is the referral thank-you available?
The benefit becomes available after the referred patient completes the 45-day trial and keeps the pair of hearing aids.
Can the $500 credit be paid in cash?
No. The $500 benefit is a credit toward a new pair of hearing aids, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with the follow-up option for the same referral.
What is included in the year of follow-up visits?
The follow-up option covers routine cleanings, adjustments, reprogramming, and check-ins. Diagnostic testing and repairs outside warranty are billed normally.
How does the referred person identify me?
They can mention your name when booking or checking in. No coupon, code, or referral card is required.

Program terms

  • The referred patient must be new to Pinnacle Audiology, purchase a pair (two) of hearing aids, and complete the full 45-day trial period without return.
  • The referring patient chooses one benefit per completed referral: a $500 credit toward the purchase of a new pair of hearing aids, or twelve months of included follow-up visits.
  • The $500 credit applies to a pair purchase, has no cash value, and may not be combined with the follow-up option for the same referral.
  • Follow-up visits cover routine care: cleanings, adjustments, reprogramming, and check-ins. Diagnostic testing and repairs outside warranty are billed normally.
  • Insurance and third-party-payer purchases may limit credit eligibility where prohibited; we'll always apply the best benefit allowed.
  • Pinnacle Audiology may modify or end the program prospectively; completed referrals are always honored.
