If you're in the NYC area and ready to transfer ongoing care for hearing aids you already own, we make it straightforward. Bring your current devices to any appointment — we'll take it from there.

  1. Book a transfer-of-care appointment — 60 minutes.
  2. We evaluate your current fitting and run a complete audiometric re-test.
  3. We re-program and re-verify with real-ear measurement to your latest hearing.
  4. You leave with a fresh fitting, a care plan, and direct access to your audiologist.
Remote Programming

anywhere.

For patients who travel, have moved out of NYC, or simply can't make it in, most modern hearing aids support remote programming. You wear your devices, open an app, and we adjust them in real time over a secure video session.

  1. Schedule a remote session at a time that works for you.
  2. You download the manufacturer app on your phone.
  3. We connect, test, adjust, and verify — usually in 30 minutes.
  4. Changes save to your devices. No office visit required.
