Yes. Pinnacle Audiology welcomes patients who were fitted anywhere, and you do not need any purchase history with us. Bring your current hearing aids and any records, and we provide adjustments, reprogramming, repairs, and ongoing care.

In most cases, yes. We can program and fine-tune many devices from every major manufacturer to your current prescription, then verify the result with real-ear measurement. Some online-only or locked devices have limits, and we will tell you honestly if a device cannot be adjusted.

We are brand-neutral and carry every major manufacturer, including Oticon, Phonak, Widex, Signia, Starkey, ReSound, Rexton, and Unitron. If it is a major brand, we can usually service, reprogram, and repair it.

No. There is never any pressure to purchase new devices. If your current hearing aids are working well, we keep them working well, and we will only suggest an upgrade if it genuinely benefits you.

Yes. After your initial setup, many fine-tuning sessions can be done remotely. We are currently licensed for remote hearing care in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.
