Dr. Eric Nelson is the founder of Pinnacle Audiology and brings more than a decade of experience to every appointment. Before opening Pinnacle, Eric served as Audiology Supervisor at Weill Cornell Medicine for 14 years, managing the audiology service at one of New York's leading academic medical centers.
His clinical expertise spans diagnostic evaluation, hearing aid fitting and verification, tinnitus management, and concierge in-home care. Eric is known for taking the time to explain, and patients consistently describe his manner as warm, clear, and genuinely unhurried.

Dr. Joshua B. Jablonski
Dr. Joshua Jablonski brings more than 14 years of clinical audiology experience to Pinnacle. His background spans ENT-based care, private clinical practice, and concierge hearing services, with expertise in comprehensive diagnostic testing, advanced hearing aid selection and programming, real-ear verification, and vestibular assessment.
He earned his Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Cincinnati after completing a bachelor's degree in cognitive science with a minor in linguistics at the University of Connecticut. Patients benefit from his compassionate, patient-centered approach and his ability to turn complex clinical findings into clear next steps.
Dr. Jasmin Butler
Dr. Jasmin Butler earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from the New York Doctor of Audiology Consortium. Her clinical rotations included Northwell Health Physician Partners, the Brooklyn Veterans Affairs Hospital, and Columbia University Medical Center.
Her professional interests include hearing conservation, hearing aids, and audiologic testing for adult and pediatric patients. Dr. Butler holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) and is an active member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Educational Audiology Association.

Marie brings more than a decade of U.S. healthcare administration and insurance-benefits experience to Pinnacle. She specializes in hearing-aid benefit verification, prior-authorization support, claims documentation, and billing coordination, giving patients a clear understanding of their coverage and helping each order move smoothly from estimate through resolution.
Jennifer Chrisley
Jennifer brings extensive hearing-care and medical-office experience to Pinnacle, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, and clinic operations. As Patient Care Coordinator, she helps patients move smoothly from their first call through check-in and follow-up, keeping records organized, questions answered, and every interaction clear, efficient, and compassionate.
