Both offices are fully equipped audiology clinics with Doctor of Audiology-led care and the same clinical standard. Concierge in-home visits are available in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Nassau County; a visit fee applies to every appointment. Remote visits are available in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.

Pinnacle Audiology has two offices: Midtown Manhattan at 421 7th Avenue, Suite 707, near Herald Square, and Garden City at 300 Garden City Plaza, Suite 248, on Long Island. Both locations offer hearing evaluations, fittings, and ongoing care.
