Three easy steps to charge your Starkey custom in-the-ear hearing aids. Follow the video in order, keep removed parts together, and confirm the device is working before you put it back in your ear.
Model-specific care matters.
Starkey devices can use different domes, filters, chargers, receivers, apps, and controls. If the part in your hand does not match the one shown, check your model or ask our team before continuing.
After the video.
Check that the charger has power, the hearing-aid contacts are clean and dry, and each device is seated in the correct side. Allow the indicator lights time to respond before removing and replacing the devices. If a hearing aid or charger becomes unusually warm, stop using it and call. Never use an incompatible cable, battery, power adapter, or household charging accessory.
