What this guide covers.
How to place your Audéo hearing aids on your ears correctly. Follow the video in order, keep removed parts together, and confirm the device is working before you put it back in your ear.
Model-specific care matters.
Phonak devices can use different domes, filters, chargers, receivers, apps, and controls. If the part in your hand does not match the one shown, check your model or ask our team before continuing.
After the video.
Use clean, dry hands and work in front of a mirror the first few times. The device should sit securely without pressure or pain; do not twist or force it. After insertion, speak normally and move your jaw to confirm comfort. If the hearing aid works loose, whistles repeatedly, or leaves the ear sore, the fit should be checked rather than pushed farther into the ear.
