Model-specific care matters.
Phonak devices can use different domes, filters, chargers, receivers, apps, and controls. If the part in your hand does not match the one shown, check your model or ask our team before continuing.
After the video.
Keep both hearing aids charged and close to the phone or accessory while you follow the steps. If an older connection is listed in Bluetooth settings, use the sequence shown in the video rather than repeatedly tapping it. After pairing, test a short call or audio clip and confirm that both sides connect. Phone menus and app labels can change after software updates, so call if your screen does not match the guide.
