hear.com devices can use different domes, filters, chargers, receivers, apps, and controls. If the part in your hand does not match the one shown, check your model or ask our team before continuing.
After the video.
Confirm the replacement part sits securely and that no tool, wrapper, or old component remains on your work surface. Listen to the device before inserting it. If sound is still weak after the visible opening is clear and the compatible part has been replaced, the issue may require professional service rather than more cleaning. Do not push anything into a microphone port, receiver opening, or vent.
