A mesh and membrane design ventilates the ear and prevents the build-up of moisture, so custom plugs stay comfortable through a full shift or a full set.
Sealed and verified
We take impressions in Midtown Manhattan and Garden City, then verify custom plugs with an Acoustic Leakage Tester so you know the seal is right.

Universal fit
Ready-to-wear earplugs in three standard sizes, made from soft medical-grade material. Application-specific filters drop in for music, work, shooting, and more. Great for occasional use, and you can wear them the same day.
Custom-made fit
Individually sculpted to your ear from a Pinnacle impression, in silicone or acrylic and a full shell or canal mold. The most secure seal, and the most comfortable for long, regular wear.

SNR 17 / NRR 10 · flat response
Concerts, clubs, DJ booths, and the stage. A membrane filter lowers about 17 dB evenly, so the mix sounds the same, just safer. It brings a 102 dB show down to a level you can take for hours.
Work
20–30 dB filter options
Shop floors, sites, and machinery above 85 dB. A range of filter strengths from 20 to 30 dB, with neck-cord and metal-detectable options for food and industrial settings.

Which Serenity Choice filter do I need?
Music gives a flat, hi-fi reduction of about 17 dB. Work filters range from 20 to 30 dB. Shooting and Hunting uses an impulse filter for peaks up to 166 dB. We match the filter to your environment at the fitting.
How long does a custom Serenity Choice Plus take?
Impressions take a few minutes in office. The finished custom earpieces come back from Phonak, usually within a couple of weeks, and we do a short fit check when they arrive.
What materials and colors are available?
Serenity Choice Plus is available in two materials, silicone and acrylic, with full shell or canal mold size options and a range of colors. We help you choose at the appointment.
