I’m Eric Nelson, a licensed audiologist in New York and New Jersey, and the founder of Pinnacle Audiology. After more than a decade working across some of New York City’s leading hospitals and academic medical centers, I started to imagine a different kind of hearing care—one that felt more personal, more flexible, and less tied to the limitations of traditional clinics.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for thousands of patients, mentoring the next generation of audiologists, and managing some of the most complex clinical cases. I’ve worked closely with interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes and streamline care, yet I continually saw how difficult it was for many people to actually access that care—whether due to scheduling hurdles, long wait times, or limited mobility.

That experience inspired me to create Pinnacle Audiology—a modern, concierge-style practice designed to bring hearing care to you, wherever you are. Whether it’s a baseline hearing exam, a new hearing aid fitting, fine-tuning an existing device, or just having someone you trust to turn to, my goal is to make the process feel seamless, supportive, and centered around your life.
