The audiologist comes to you.
Doctor-led hearing care in private homes, assisted living, and memory care across NYC and Long Island. Fittings, programming, troubleshooting, and unhurried counseling, brought to your door.
- Doctor of audiology, not a technician
- Private homes, assisted living & memory care
- Clear home-visit fee, quoted when you book
The same unhurried, brand-neutral standard of care as our offices, at your kitchen table.
For the patients offices don't reach.
Older adults at home
When travel is hard, hearing care usually stops, and isolation grows. We bring the full appointment home so staying independent does not mean going without. See our aging-in-place program.
Assisted living & memory care
We visit communities across NYC and Long Island, coordinate with nursing staff, and adapt every visit for residents with dementia, with family involved at each step. Part of our senior care program.
Mobility-limited patients
Post-surgery, wheelchair users, chronic illness, or simply a fifth-floor walkup: if getting to Midtown is the obstacle, we remove it.
Adult children arranging care
Many visits are booked by sons and daughters for a parent. We keep you informed (with permission), explain everything in plain language, and make the process easy from any distance.
A real appointment, not a house call lite.
Fittings & programming
New hearing aid fittings, reprogramming of devices bought anywhere, and fine-tuning with portable equipment, followed up until it is right. Learn about our fitting process.
Troubleshooting & repairs
Weak sound, feedback, dead devices, clogged wax guards, charger problems: most issues resolve on the spot. Start with our troubleshooting guide if you want to try a fix today.
Hearing checks
Ear checks, screenings, and device-based hearing assessment where appropriate. When a full booth evaluation is needed, we say so and help arrange it at our Midtown or Garden City office.
Family communication support
Practical coaching for the whole household: how to be heard, how to set up the living room and TV, and how to make dinner conversation work again.
Clear about the fee.
Concierge visits include a home-visit fee, quoted clearly when you book, and are generally an out-of-pocket service. Device services during the visit are billed as they would be in office, and we verify applicable insurance benefits before we arrive, so there are no surprises at your door. For patients in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont with compatible devices, remote programming can handle many follow-ups without a visit at all.
Home visit questions, answered.
Anyone for whom getting to an office is the barrier to good hearing care: older adults at home, residents of assisted living and memory care communities, patients recovering from surgery or managing mobility limits, and busy professionals who simply prefer care to come to them.
Most of what happens in our office: hearing aid fittings and programming with portable equipment, cleanings and repairs, troubleshooting, ear checks, counseling, and family communication coaching. When a full diagnostic evaluation in a sound booth is needed, we tell you plainly and help arrange it.
Yes, regularly. We coordinate with nursing staff and families, schedule around the resident's best time of day, and keep notes that travel with the resident's care. For patients with dementia, we adapt pacing and involve family or caregivers throughout. See our senior care program for details.

Home visits cover Manhattan and the NYC boroughs plus Long Island, anchored by our Midtown Manhattan and Garden City offices. For programming-only needs, remote care is available to patients in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont with compatible devices.
We encourage it. Hearing loss is a family experience, and visits go better when the people you talk with most understand the devices, the settings, and how to help. With your permission, we also keep out-of-town family in the loop.
